ARTICLE 69
DURATION

69.1: This Agreement shall be in full force and effect from January 1, 2005, to and including December 31, 2008, and shall continue in full force and effect from year to year thereafter unless written notice of desire to terminate, cancel or modify the Agreement is served by either party upon the other at least sixty (60) days prior to the date of expiration.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement by their duly authorized representatives this ______ day of _______________, 2005.
