Discussed the death of B/C John P. Dyer of LFD.

Discussed upcoming contract negations

Discussed bylaw changes and voting

POAM newsletter to be mailed to Union members

Discussion of possible absentee ballot

Discussed purchase of gas card to raffle off at Union meeting. Barnes made motion to purchase a gas card for Union meetings at the cost of $25. Lane second. All in favor. Motion passed.

Discussed Union meeting agenda and set agenda.

Meeting adjourned at 0936.
