Treasurer’s Report:
$10,882.20. Motion by Ruster to accept treasures report. Second by Boomer. Passed.

Safety Committee:
No issues to report at this time.

Old Business:
Roberts discussed union web site was updated.

Safety grievance with three separate fires, Stoll, Training fire on Canal, and Lotipac were still being reviewed by Watkins.

Boomer apologized to the union by not being quick on the Stoll Rd safety grievance. Boomer also talked about the Chief possible send one person on each shift to a Safety Officer class.

New Business:
M. Roman talked about a wellness committee for the township. M. Roman, K. Hester, Morrissey, Hatfield interested.

Martin discussed a retirements for Hutchinson and Frazee and to use the Township Hall on May 8, 2010. Motion to pay for the Hall, passed 17y 0 N. Discussion Chief being at the party. Flowers for Channyn discussion.

Proebstle discussed a MDA update.

Roberts discussed by laws on the website that anyone can add or put their input but all by law changes have to be voted on by the body and needs to be posted 15 days prior to a union meeting. Much discussion on if FAOM will look at these changes to see if it is good/ or bad. How By law changes are an ongoing process.
