Treasurer’s Report:
Secretary/Treasurer Barnes reported funds of $8414.90. Spent items on shift holiday meals, supplies and pop. Informed Union body of audit. 1 of 3 have done audit. Will get with remaining 2 to complete audit. Nordlund made a motion to accept the treasurer’s report. Teigeler second the motion. Motion passed

Safety Committee:
No issues to report at this time.

Old Business:
Voting for new bylaw changes. Secretary/Treasurer stated that we should vote on each and every change and not as a whole. There was discussion on this matter. Union body decided they would like to vote on all the changes as a whole instead of each individual change. As for the voting for the new bylaws, 13 yes, 3 no and 5 abs. Motion passed. New bylaw changes in effect.

President Roman discussed contract negations. When an agreement is reached, the changes will be posted on the Union board per bylaws.

Secretary/Treasurer Barnes stated that he could not find Union minutes from last year on the vote for the Union to give $110.00 to the shift that is working on select holidays. Secretary/Treasurer Barnes did not know if New Years Day was included. Union body stated that it was. Secretary/Treasurer Barnes apologized for mistake. Teigeler made a motion to reimburse shift for missed holiday meal money. Nordlund second the motion. 11 yes, 2 no, 9 abs. Motion passed.

Secretary/Barnes discussed that when we started to initially buy condiments, he bought aluminum foil and later it was not in the voted on supplies for condiments. Maier made a motion to add aluminum foil to the condiments. Lane second. 19 yes, 3 no. Motion passed. Secretary/Treasurer Barnes to purchase.

New Business:
Received information on Blue Line Club. Passed information around for Union body to look at.

Received letter from Joe Drolett thanking us for the letter we sent him and our continued success.

Agility testing coming up. President Roman stated that we will not have to reset stations like in the past. Administration to give 60 days notice per Union contract.

Beckwith discussed that Amy Heinz (Fabiano family relation) was killed in car accident. They have set up college fund for the kids. Beckwith made motion to donate $150.00 to college fund. Gorden second the motion. 22 yes, 1 no. Motion passed.

Discussion on firefighting gear.

Open Discussion:
Teigeler stated that the father of Todd Hendy (LTFD) passed away. No other information known at this time.

Lane wants clarification on swap time. He was told by Secretary Streeter that if there is not a time for payback known to just put a date down and change it later. Union does not like this practice. President Roman to get clarification on this matter.

Oates would like President Roman to discuss with D/C Haring the condition of our stove. It has fallen on deaf ears before and is becoming more and more a problem. President Roman to follow up on this matter.

Nordlund made a motion to adjourn meeting. Gorden second the motion. All in favor. Motion passed.
