Treasurer’s Report:
Secretary/Treasurer Barnes announced that polls are open for the
elections. Secretary/Treasurer Barnes reported funds of $11,640.13.
Stated that we had the best pop machine sales to date. IRS situation
is finalized. No money owed to IRS. Going to draft letter and
submit to IRS.
Safety Committee:
No issues to report at this time.
Old Business:
Bylaw were to be presented to body but due to not enough numbers
for quorum, will table till next meeting.
New Business:
Tim Durso from Centennial Group is here to discuss the HSA/HDHP.
The information was very informative and there was good discussion
on this matter.
Polls closed at 2045.
Andrew Roman, Ryan Morrissey and Jason Sarata acted as tellers
and tallied votes. Presented Secretary/Treasurer Barnes with results.
